Hi my name is Karen Nichol. I represent the community relations at Unlimited Care Assisted Living Cottages. Let me start by saying I understand what a VERY difficult and personal decision you are trying to make. This decision is not very easy to make and then deciding where Mom or Dad goes after you decide to send them is even harder.
I have been in the Senior Care industry for over 20 years and I have seen almost everything. I do understand where you are. I do understand your basic needs.
